YEVIS Private Limited ("GameBeez") runs cricket.gamebeez.in. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional mobile number, city, playing details and photo; the teams you join; and match data (scores, stats, photos) entered by teams and umpires. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, time) for security.

What is public

Your name, photo, city, teams and cricket stats are shown publicly on team, match, player and leaderboard pages. Your email and mobile number are never shown publicly.

Why

To run your account, show teams and scores, send you alerts and password emails, keep the site safe, and improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising

Ads on the site are shown by us. We count how many times an ad is seen and clicked, but we do not share your personal data with advertisers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile any time. To delete your account or a photo, or to ask what data we hold, write to support@gamebeez.in. Match records may be kept in anonymised form so other teams' results stay correct.

Storage

Data is stored on servers of our hosting provider. We keep it while your account is active and as needed for legal reasons.
